Tangled Hands Collective began the way the best handmade things often do: at a table, with a pile of color, a little curiosity, and someone worth making for.
What started as the simple joy of matching beads and tying knots quickly became something more. Friends asked for their own. Personalities turned into palettes. Tiny gifts became tiny stories. The hands kept moving.
We realized we weren’t only making jewelry. We were making little ways for people to recognize themselves—and each other.
Then came the markets.
Setting out a table made the connection real. Someone could pick up a bracelet, light up at a color, and immediately know who it was for. That face-to-face spark shaped the business we’re building: welcoming, affordable, and proudly personal.
Now, the table is bigger.
This online storefront is our next worktable. It gives ready-made pieces a home, makes custom ordering simple, and keeps every order organized as the collective grows. The tools are bigger. The reason is still beautifully small: make something that means something.
