Most custom pieces are ready within 5–10 business days. If your design needs a special supply or you order several pieces, we’ll confirm timing with you before production begins.

When Square is connected, you’ll move to a secure Square-hosted payment page after submitting your order. If online payment is temporarily unavailable, your order is still saved and we’ll follow up directly.

Absolutely. The custom order form accepts up to four JPG, PNG, or WebP images, and you can add a note explaining what you like about each one.

We can use references for color, mood, shape, and general direction, but we won’t duplicate another maker’s original design. Your finished piece should feel like yours.

Measure around the wrist where you want the bracelet to sit, then add about ¼ inch for a close fit or ½ inch for a relaxed fit. Add the measurement to your order notes.

Yes. Choose shipping during checkout and enter your address. We confirm postage separately so you only pay the actual amount. Local pickup is also available by arrangement.

Our jewelry contains small beads and components and is not intended for children under three. Children’s jewelry should always be worn with adult supervision.

Contact us within seven days of pickup or delivery. We’ll review fit or workmanship concerns with you and make a fair plan to put things right.
